RFQ manufacturing-readiness inputs

Precision engineering projects are reviewed by RFQ, drawings, specifications and manufacturing conditions, not TPMS fitment logic.

Drawing and specification status

State whether 2D / 3D drawings, samples, photos, specifications or concept-only requirements are available.

Material, tolerance and CTQs

Add material grade, key dimensions, tolerance class, assembly boundaries and critical quality characteristics.

Process, tooling and gauges

Clarify expected process, mold / fixture / gauge needs and validation method.

Volume, rhythm and launch

Provide sample quantity, annual volume, batch rhythm, target timing and production-introduction needs.
