Returns & Refunds
Return and replacement requests are reviewed according to order type, product condition and the confirmed sales agreement.
Return window: 30 days
- Standard stocked XSD products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging with the order information.
- Custom products, tooling and made-to-specification items may not be returnable unless otherwise agreed.
- Return freight is arranged and paid by the buyer. Please contact info@xsd-precision.com for a return authorisation before shipping anything back.
- For TPMS products, compatibility details should be checked before installation.
- Any quality issue should be reported with photos, batch information and a description of the problem.
退货与退款
退货与换货请求将根据订单类型、产品状态及已确认的销售协议逐单评估。
退货期限：30 天
- 标准库存的 XSD 产品，在签收后 30 天内、未使用并保持原包装、附订单信息的前提下，可申请退货。
- 定制产品、模具及按图定制件，除另有约定外不予退货。
- 退货运费由买方承担并自行安排。寄回前请先发送邮件至 info@xsd-precision.com 取得退货授权。
- 胎压产品请在安装前核对车型适配信息。
- 发现质量问题请提供照片、批次信息及问题描述。
