Return and replacement requests are reviewed according to order type, product condition, and the confirmed sales agreement.
- Please keep the original packaging and order information for any return review.
- Custom products, tooling, and made-to-specification items may not be returnable unless otherwise agreed.
- For TPMS products, compatibility details should be checked before installation.
- Any quality issue should be reported with photos, batch information, and a description of the problem.
